Our quest for new windows began with a visit to the offices of TDWS in Upland to pick up some brochures. The friendly staff loaded us up with information. Next, Jarrod arrived and spent an hour plus in our home explaining and demonstrating the product. No hard sell, no 'on sale this week only,' just lots of good believable data. It helps when an employee knows his product thoroughly. Jarrod then returned to carefully measure all windows and explain how they are manufactured. Installation day brought a very ambitious and professional crew that worked continuously until all windows were correctly in place. A walk around to inspect each window followed. The crew left nothing but clean sparkling new windows. We immediately noticed the increased silence and greatly appreciate the ease of use and beauty of our new windows.
